As many of you are aware, we lost one of our colleagues this past weekend, Carol Harper. The sudden loss of Carol has been hard for all of us as she was truly loved by all – all of us, our partners and our customers. Everyone that had an encounter with Carol felt good about themselves, whether she was working as a technician on the support floor, or more recently as one of our technical trainers.
I realize how hard this loss is for everyone, but also want to share that Carol was a true light for all of us and will be remembered fondly for that.
