A week ago today our Carole - Our colleague at The Lady Hamilton, the Matriarch of her family, the most selfless caring relative, friend and neighbour had a massive stroke.

Carole is currently undergoing treatment in hospital where she remains stable after being found by her granddaughter Darcie after having been unreachable for several hours.

Carole’s daughter Jamie & granddaughter Darcie became concerned after she was unreachable by phone and Darcie rushed home to find her having collapsed in the bedroom.

Darcie immediately raised the alarm and got Carole straight to hospital.

We don’t know how long she had been on the floor for and she has had major surgery to remove a huge clot from her brain.

It is going to be a lengthy road ahead.

The incredible JOE PARTRIDGE is running the Brighton Marathon on Sunday 7th April to raise funds to help Carole with her financial situation whilst she recovers and rehabilitates in hospital.

Carole is a grafter like you wouldn’t believe and most of you will have seen her lovely friendly face regularly at The Lady Hamilton where she worked.

She regularly looks after neighbours and friends always preparing food or gathering shopping for those in need!

Now we want it to be her turn to get some help!!
