The world recently lost a special woman. Carol Smith was a kind and generous soul. She opened her home and her heart to anyone in need. A staple in the NYC club scene in the 70s and 80s, she met and befriended an array of diverse and talented people and fought for the rights of all people. Second only to her love for people of all kinds was her love of dogs. A groomer by trade, and more recently an AKC dog show judge, her life was entwined with dogs and her loss with leave a huge hole in the many dog communities that she touched.

This fundraiser is to help with the funds needed for Carol's cremation and urn and associated costs. Any additional funds will go toward caring for her beloved dogs.
