Hi my name is Sheryl, as most of you are aware our beautiful mum wife nan great nan sadly lost her fight and gained her angel wings on the 13/08/25 I know she touched a lot of peoples hearts and was loved by so many people especially family friends work colleagues and neighbours. She is going to be so truly missed. Unfortunately in June my mum was diagnosed with oesophagus cancer which we later found out was terminal sadly treatment wasn’t an option for her and she left us quicker than we expected, we as a family had hardly any time to accept or process the devastating news she had been given, but through it all she remained calm she was more upset for her kids/grandkids. The strength and determination she showed was something else not once did she moan or stress about what was going on she just carried on with life how she wanted, from receiving her diagnosis all she kept telling them was she just wanted to go on her holiday to Bridlington which she was packed for and ready to go but sadly that didn’t happen for her as that morning she was taken in hospital poorly with sepsis and she just wasn’t strong or well enough to fight it. We as a family are just trying to raise enough towards funds to give our beautiful queen the best send off she deserves, any donations would be so greatly appreciated by us all.
