Hi, my name is Aja and I'm fundraising for my wonderful, vivacious mother, Carol Perrine, who has been unable to work for over a year due to health issues. Living expenses are piling up, there is nothing saved for end-of-life matters, and her 50th High School Reunion is in 2 weeks! She's determined to make it from Florida to Michigan to celebrate with the Class of '73 and live every day to the fullest!

Due to limited mobility and the chronic resurgences of pain that occur with Stage IV cervical cancer, my sister Rose and I will be accompanying her on this journey for safety, comfort and family time. We are in constant cycles of harmony, dissonance, hope, and devastation, and we believe we can make this awesome trip happen for our beloved mother because she is here with us every day to live! It is her deepest desire to visit with friends and classmates, so if it brings you joy to contribute to our fund, every dollar is appreciated with our whole hearts.

Rose and I are working as hard as we can to keep all the plates spinning in our individual lives, and it is deeply humbling to fundraise, but we, as well as our mother, could really use some assistance to reduce the mounting financial stress. The fund will be used to cover travel expenses, upcoming bills, recovery care, and loss of income for her family. Any remainder will go directly toward the approximate $6k in end-of-life and funeral expenses, whenever that may occur, may it be many Class of '73 reunions from now!
