Hello, I’m Carnette. I honestly don’t even know how to start & what to say. If you know me than you know who my #1 person is. My Everything my Dad, 9/24/2022 he made his transition into heaven and I’m HEARTBROKEN. My Superhero, my protector, my strength, my guidance, daddy you were Everything and more. God Blessed me with you as my Dad. My dad has been a hard working, providing, Christian man all my life & he’s done right by me every step of the way. He saved my life & became a single father at almost 60 years old with a 9 year old. And when I tell you he did an amazing job that’s an understatement. In 2020, we found out he was in heart failure and in the beginning stages of dementia. From 2019-2022 I’ve personally stopped my life to make sure that my dad had everything he needed just like he would’ve done for me or anyone of his daughters. I’ve devoted my undivided attention and time to my dad, and it’s something I’d do a million times over again. A few weeks ago he was

in the hospital fighting some infections, they gotten better and he was ready to come home, God had other plans for my dad & it was his time to be in the presence of his Father. I understand it, but I don’t like it one bit. I miss my best friend, ride or die, A1 from day 1 so much, not being able to see or hear his voice is a different kind of pain.
