Carnegie Mellon SAE stands with Black Lives Matter
Donation protected
In light of the death of George Floyd and the Black Lives Matter movement throughout the United States, the brothers of Sigma Alpha Epsilon at Carnegie Mellon University are committed to fighting the issues of systematic racism and police brutality in support of black communities in Pittsburgh and the United States as a whole. We are creating this fundraiser to raise money to assist the Bukit Bail Fund, a community-based fund located in the Pittsburgh area that is set up to pay criminal bail and immigration bonds for individuals who have been arrested while protesting police brutality. Our chapter is matching up to $1000 in donations, and we hope other Carnegie Mellon organizations will collaborate with us and follow suit. We hope you make the effort to see lasting change in our communities today.
