It is with a heavy heart that I write to tell you that our dear Carmen Gonzalez left this earth on December 31st, 2025. It is a very painful moment for our family right now, and we are trying to arrange for the funeral.

She was an amazing Mother, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother and Great-Great-Grandmother. Carmen was born in Puerto Rico on July 16, 1934 and went on to raise seven children. Carmen touched so many lives throughout her time with us, from having a bar in Hoboken, taking care of others, sharing and teaching recipes, and always joyfully playing a game of pool or dominoes. Her strength, kindness, joy and love has had a lasting impact and will be missed by so many every day.
