Carmen Field Leave No Child Inside Scholarships

Carmen Field was a one-of-a-kind environmental educator who touched the lives of thousands of people in her all-too-short lifetime. She was a passionate pioneer of the national Leave-No-Child-Inside movement. Help support a scholarship fund in her name to support other environmental educators in doing what Carmen, and the educators she inspired,  do  best - getting kids outside for experiences  in nature to learn about nature. The fund is managed by the Alaska Natural Resource and Outdoor Education Association. Homer Rocks Nature!, a group of friends who continue to host community events in Carmen's name, will make the scholarship decisions. Thanks in advance for your contribution!
