Carmen Thatch is a fantastic ER nurse that I’ve  worked with for many years and she is unfailingly kind, generous, funny and sarcastic & makes the ER a better place to work every day.  This week her Fort Worth home was virtually destroyed in the Texas freeze by a burst pipe affecting every room in the house. Her daughters clothes were ruined as well. It will likely be a few months before they can get things fixed and back home and in the meantime there will be myriad expenses not covered by insurance that we can help with.
