Hi to all my family and friends. I am raising support for my sister, Carmel. She has recently been released and is now in a great transition home in Fort Worth. She has worked hard every day since her release a month ago looking for a job and finally got hired at Dollar Tree; starts in September. We helped her with the $400 program fee (rent) for her first month, but she is now due for Sept fees/rent. Unfortunately, it will be several weeks before she will get her first paycheck, and for things to go smoothly. She is only needing a little help for this month because of the transition and how long it took to acquire the job. I am hoping that all our family, who can find it in their heart, can help her by giving any dollar amount that they can. I know we all have had hard times and felt that gap of need between jobs. She has been staying in contact with me and in prayer and bible studies and doing so well. I am so proud of her. I am so glad that God is a God of second third, fourth...etc. chances and our slates can be wiped clean every day! I know that together each of us giving even a small amount we can collectively support her and help her start her life over. Thank you all!
