Carmella’s Emergency Medical Bills

Hello, my daughter Carmella had an emergency surgery two days before Christmas. We were luckily in California and able to go to Lucille packards. Her procedure went well and she has recovered from it. However, there is one more procedure that needs to be done. Unfortunately that surgery will cost a lot of money and require us to stay in a California longer than expected. We also got hit with cancellation of our flights. We hate to ask for help but we are over our head. Anything will and we appreciate all of the love and support we have been given so far.

*** Update on Carmella and her medical condition. We spoke with the surgeon today and due to the fact that they have to reconnect the bile duct Carmella will be having a little more extensive surgery than we initially thought. We will be scheduling it in the next few days and it will be a 4-6 hour surgery and a week hospital stay after. Steve will be coming back to California as soon as we know the surgery date. The surgery will be done at Lucille Packard Stanford. Unfortunately, my current employer cut my hours due to me not being there and we lost our good health insurance. This has been a tough time so we appreciate all your thoughts and prayers. We have set up a go fund me for medical bills if anyone would like to help. We love and appreciate you all.
