Hi My name is Kerry Graham, Carly's mum.On the 18th December Carly was rushed to Liverpool Hospital ICU in Cardiac Arrest during an asthma attack and then placed into a Medically Induced Coma..Sadly on the 23rd December we were advised that the prognosis was that her brain was too damaged for her to survive and medical intervention was ceased.At around 3.35pm 23rd December Carly slipped away surrounded by family...Life without Carly is devastating for our family.We are still grappling with the huge gap left in our hearts and lives.The love and kind thoughts from family and friends during this last week has been incredible.We are so grateful to you all and acknowledge that many of you are hurting also!

Carly was a fighter,right to the very end.Watching her struggle to survive during those few days before Christmas Day was tragic ,and the decision to turn off life support is one that no husband or mother should ever have to consider.As a mum to adult kids with special needs Carly has been their greatest advocate and carer.Now Phil must bear that responsibility without Carly by his side.She was fiercely independent and hated asking for help but now we need to seek help on her behalf.The compounding financial stress of her funeral costs on top of Christmas and life in general is overwhelming. As a stay at home mum Carly had no superannuation to help with these costs.So please, if you're able to give a few dollars to help Phil her husband along with their children Reece,Jett.Leelan and Keidda to move forward, we would be ever so grateful.
