Carl has been providing smiles and bubbles at CarFest for a while now. He adds so much to the event by not only creating bubbles in front of the stage, but giving out bubbles, neon hearts, flashing wands and other amazing things that help the CarFest atmosphere be as great as it is.

Carl funds all the bubbles and many of the things he gives away out of his own pocket.
