At midnight on January 12 2021, my dad who is  the owner of a carlot was called only to be told his carlot which has been a family business for more than 20 years was consumed in fire. The fire consumed years of hard work in minutes. It breaks my heart to see my dad loose what he has worked so hard for. As many of you know, a couple of weeks ago we had a break-in in the office and two cars were stolen. We were able to find those two cars by searching for them all around town. We found them in some apartments and brought them back to the carlot. This morning after the fire we saw those same two cars that had been stolen and many others had been tried to be stolen again.(There's evidence someone tried to take cars again but weren't successful.) We came to the conclusion it is the same people trying to hurt my dad's business. This time the whole office and everything inside was consumed in fire along with 11 cars which were total loss. He did not have insurance. This is a business that has always provided for the whole family. It is heartbreaking because my brothers and sisters and I have seen our dad fight to build everything he has. It is not fair that careless people try to take everything your hard work has accomplished. He has experienced several setbacks but each time he has worked hard to get back on his feet. If anyone has any information as to who did this please come forward. My dad will now have to replace many, many things including: the office building, cars, all of the vehicle keys, computers, printers, tools needed to work, plus fix cars that were not burnt but were vandalized. A low estimate of the damages is $30,000. We are seeking donations to help my dad get back on his feet. My dad is always optimistic but we know this hurts as it hurts us too. Many people know my dad, he is a great person that has helped many when he was able to and we would like to help him now in these though times. Your help is greatly appreciated
