Hello, my name is Carlos Morales . On Saturday, August 24, 2024, my life took a sudden and devastating turn. I was just finishing up work when I was tragically hit by a vehicle, which in turn damaged my brachial plexus. The accident left me hospitalized for a grueling 17 days.

The recovery process has been arduous, and I’ve had to undergo extensive rehabilitation to regain even basic mobility. Unfortunately, I’m now 80% disabled in one of my arms. To truly regain my independence and return to my former self, I require a crucial surgery to repair the damaged part of my brachial plexus by transferring muscle from my leg to my arm.

This surgery is essential for me to resume my hardworking life and provide for my family. I’ve been struggling to make ends meet without health insurance, and despite my efforts to apply for assistance, I’ve received no help. The cost of surgery is $271,116.14
