Carlos was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) in May of 2008. He is a loving husband of 22 years and father of 3 (2 in college & 1 in elementary) Carlos is strong willed and refuses to let this debilitating illness take him down. He is a hard worker and often puts as side how he feels to help others. For years he didn't want anyone to know of his illness until last year that we found out about stem cell treatment. The stories we read & heard gave us hope.....so with what we had left in savings we traveled to have the treatment done. It was exciting and a blessing to see the changes and improvements that he made. This treatment is God sent. He's had a lot of improvement with his health but he's not quite there yet.
It's been almost a year and we feel that having the treatment done again will help his body even more. Kind of like a "boost" to keep his good cells moving and fighting to help him heal.
