Hello my name is Carlos Vaddy aka Cano. I have been battleling with diabetes since I was a young boy. Right now I am 35yrs old and in the past month I was having a persistent cough. Last week I was coughing so hard i passed out and hit my head on the floor. My wife took me to the hospital and I learned I had Pneumonia and was also diagnosed with CHF which is Congestive Heart Failure. Yesterday I had a R&L cardiac catheterization. Which showed that my heart is only working 20-25%. Also, they did a echocardiogram which did not show any blockage. Since my heart is working so little, I have to wear this medical cardiac vest which has a defibrillator . As of now I would wear this for 3 months which is just in case my heart stops, it will shock my heart immediately.  This vest is any where between $2,500-$3000. Which unfortunately my insurance does not cover. On top of that I will also need to take a medication for my heart for 6months to a year that are about 700 a month which my insurance is also not covering. So I am asking my friends and family , to help my family and I get through this difficult and challenging times which was very unexpected. In these difficult times because of my medical conditions my wife is the only one able to provide and has become difficult  on her. May the lord bless you immensely! Every single dollar counts!!! Hola mi nombre es Carlos Vaddy coñsido como Cano. He estado luchando contra la diabetes desde que era un niño. En este momento tengo 35 años y en el último mes tuve una tos persistente. La semana pasada tosía tanto que me desmayé y me golpeé la cabeza contra el suelo. Mi esposa me llevó al hospital y supe que tenía neumonía y también me diagnosticaron CHF, que es insuficiencia cardíaca congestiva. Ayer tuve un cateterismo cardíaco R&L. Lo que demostró que mi corazón solo funciona en un 20-25%. Además, le hicieron un ecocardiograma que no mostró ningún bloqueo. Como mi corazón funciona tan poco, tengo que usar este chaleco cardíaco médico que tiene un desfibrilador. A partir de ahora, usaría esto durante 3 meses, en caso de que mi corazón se detenga, me sacudirá el corazón de inmediato. Este chaleco cuesta entre $ 2,500 y $ 3000. Que lamentablemente mi seguro no cubre. Además de eso, también necesitaré tomar un medicamento para mi corazón durante 6 meses a un año que son alrededor de 700 por mes que mi seguro tampoco cubre. Así que les pido a mis amigos y familiares que ayuden a mi familia y a mí a superar estos tiempos difíciles y desafiantes que fueron muy inesperados. En estos tiempos difíciles debido a mis condiciones médicas, mi esposa es la única que puede proveer y se ha vuelto difícil para ella. ¡Que el señor les bendiga inmensamente! Cada dólar cuenta!!!
