Carlos "Tio" Esquivel corpse transfer to Mexico

Carlos "Tio" Esquivel was a hard-working man who immigrated to Los Angeles from Durango 15 years ago. Tio lived out in the city of Hawthorne from the moment he arrived to California to the moment he passed away. He

worked hard to be able to provide for his family back home in his native country of Mexico. Like many, Tio suffered from hard addictions and fought everyday to end those addictions. This past Friday, October 8th, Tio suffered a heart attack from which he would never recover. He passed away at 11pm that Friday night. His family who live in Mexico want to cremate his body, but before Carlos passed away, he always talked about returning back to his homeland in Durango, Mexico where he wanted to pass the rest of his life.

The funds raised through this account will help send Carlos "Tio" Esquivel back home to his native country of Mexico, where his remains are to be buried, just as he wished for.
