Dear IES family, our friend and colleague Carlos Vigil has recently been diagnosed with a brain tumor. The great news is that is benign! However, he has had to have surgery to remove it. It will be a long road to recovery for Carlos and it is a financial difficulty for his family that he will miss such a long period of work.
