Tragedy struck our family over Father's Day weekend when our dear brother, Carlos, unexpectedly passed away, leaving behind his two children, Alan (aged 15) and Mateo (aged 13). Carlos was a devoted father, who tirelessly worked at the San francisco Moscone Center for over 15 years to provide for his children and showered them with love and affection.
In addition to being a devoted father, Carlos possessed a vibrant personality that brightened any room he entered. His sharp wit, Cheerful spirit, and natural ability to make others laugh made him the life of the party. Carlos had a remarkable way of effortlessly weaving humor into everyday conversations, putting smiles on the faces of those around him. Whether it was a family gathering, a social event, or a casual get-together, his outgoing nature ensured that everyone felt included and embraced. Even in the midst of grief, we cherish the memories of his laughter and reminding us of the joy he brought to our lives.
We have created this GoFundMe with the hope of alleviating some of the financial burdens that have suddenly fallen upon our families shoulders.
