Carlos J. Grillo Funeral Expenses

It's with a very heavy heart to share the news that my beloved brother has passed away unexpectedly on August 4th, 2022. He was 53 years old and leaves behind 3 children.

On Wednesday, July 13th, Carlos had a heart attack and was rushed to St. Francis Hospital. After a week in the hospital, he had a quadruple bypass on July 21st. We were by his side when he woke up the following day. He was almost back to his normal self, in lots of pain of course, but alert, talking and cracking jokes as he always did. 

A week into his recovery, he became infected with a bacteria that did not quit, no matter the treatments the doctors gave him, and it took his life in less than a week.

This loss comes as a shock to us all as we all saw how well he was recovering from the bypass surgery. We are completely heartbroken and at a loss of words and reasons.

We're unaware of any insurance polices and can't access any money in his accounts, and as many of you may unfortunately know, it costs a fortune to bury your loved one properly.

It would mean the world to us if you would donate or share and help our grieving family pay for a proper burial.
