My name is Desiree Quinones, daughter of Carlos. It is with great sadness to say my father has passed this morning. Those who knew my father knew he was selfless, kind, loving, and most of all the best father to his kids. We are creating this go fund me to help my family and I raise enough money to put him to rest and care for his younger children at the moment.
