With broken hearts and somber spirits, we sadly announce that Carlos Barrientos has recently passed. He was a beloved brother, father, grandfather, and devoted husband. We are raising funds to help support his family during this difficult time. Carlos's spririt lives on with his wife, Clara, daughters Jasmine and Delmy, son Carlos Jr., son in laws Edgar Lopez and Bartolo Chacon, and grandchildren Amy and Bella. Our thoughts and prayers are with Carlos' family.

Here at the Icon, we are devastated. Carlos joined The Icon in the early days in 2004. His loss will be felt throughout our photo community who knew and loved Carlos for so many years. We were graced by Carlos' charismatic smile and perpetual exuberance. We will always have a Carlos-sized hole in our hearts! Rest in peace Carlos - we love you!
