Carley & Penny parvovirus fund

Donation protected
Hi,
My family and I recently purchased two very sweet goldendoodle puppie sisters named Penny and Carley. After meeting them and falling inlove with these two cuties we came to find out that where we purchased them from was a puppy mill and their vet records were falsified. Neither of them ever received their first set of vaccines, including the Parvovirus vaccine. Carley started to become extremely ill the day after we brought her home. We took her straight to our vet where we were told that she had a simple GI upset and gave her an injection to help with nausea and to expect her to return to her normal self in a day or so. We then took her home where she kept declining. We then took her back to the vet where they ran tests. She tested positive for the parvovirus. They hooked her to an IV and kept her for the day. We brought her home that evening and was told to bring her back the next morning for a check up. That night she began to have bloody stool and could hardly lift her head. We rushed her to our vet for 8am which was the time they opened. Unfortunately the news was not good. Carley was too far gone to the point of no return so we had no choice but to put our sweet and innocent puppy down to rest. We were told to keep a very close eye on her sister Penny. Penny was doing very well so we were hopeful she wouldn’t be sharing the same fate as Carley. The morning of March 19th, at 3am my partner and I woke up to Penny vomiting and very runny stool. We called the only 24 hour emergency vet we could find and rushed her in. Tests were ran and Penny was sadly diagnosed with parvovirus. The lovely vet we dealt with believes that we may have caught it in time due to the fact that they got Penny to eat and drink and was showing no signs of lethargy. So far we have spent $1500.00. In order for Penny to have a higher chance at survival she will need more aggressive care and hospitalization plus continued oral medication if we are able to bring her home. We are reaching out for any donations to help ensure Pennys survival and bring her home back to her loving family. Please help us save her. Any donation is very much appreciated! Whatever is left over from donations will be donated to animal welfare. Thank you again.
