Hi, my name is Carley. I recently fostered and ended up adopting a puppy named Kalu. Kalu suffered from some neurological problems that did not affect her daily life until November 9th, she lost most brain activity and had to be put down. Kalu was born in Mexico and was brought to a rescue in Mesa, Arizona where she was adopted and returned back to the rescue. She was the most loving puppy that never met a person or a dog she didn’t like. The second day I had her, I took her to a vet to treat a UTI she had, she greeted everyone and had to go rest her head on every person in the lobby and give them love before she went back. That is the day I fell in love with her. I am trying to raise money to help with her vet bills and if there is any leftover, I would like to donate it to the rescue I adopted her from to help more puppies like her in need.
