Carleigh Lindsay is a single Mom with 3 children Savanna 16, Carson 14 and Kennedy is 5. Her Mom and I have been best friends since elementary school and Carleigh is like a niece to me. Carleigh was diagnosed with cervical cancer on December 22, 2022. The cancer has spread to her lymph nodes, lung and abdomen. She is receiving chemo and radiation. Her port recently became infected so she is waiting for her blood count to improve so she can have a brain biopsy to check on a shadow that has appeared on her brain. Her body is not responding to some of the treatments because of a T- cell genetic mutation. Her cancer is considered stage 4.

Carleigh is a Human Resource Assistant and is unable to work as much. She is trying to keep her kids in their own home and together as long as she can and spend as much time with them as possible. Savanna is graduating from high school next school year and plans to attend college. Carson is passionate about preparing and playing football and Kennedy plays ball, cheers and loves being outside. They are members of Central Baptist Church in Deer Park.

Carleigh has a difficult journey ahead of her physically and financially and needs our help. The support she receives from this fund will be used to cover medical treatments and financial support to care for her children and stay in her home as long as possible.
