Help For My Sister-In-Law, Carla MacLean Snow
Donation protected
As most of you may know, I lost my brother, Henry, in a car accident 6 years ago. He left behind a beautiful family. My niece Madison. My nephew Dylan. And his wife, my sister-in-law, Carla.
What most of you won't know is what Carla has gone through over the past 20 years. 18 years ago, she was diagnosed with kidney cancer, and had a kidney removed. She fought back and was able live to cancer free for several years before fighting off cervical cancer. She has now also lost the ability to walk.
3 days ago, she was rushed, once again, to the hospital, with severe abdominal pain. After an initial diagnosis of kidney stones, she was sent home for the night, but was rushed back the next day to the emergency room. The diagnosis is that Carla's 2nd kidney has shut down, and her body was filled with toxins, as her kidney was unable to function properly.
Doctors have just put her on dialysis, however, her creatinine levels are still 6 times the healthy limit.
Carla has been unable to work, due to her illness, for many years, but this additional setback will only make life more difficult. There will be many trips to the hospital, and a long road ahead, but Carla is strong.
If you are able to give something to this fund, your help will mean the world to Carla and her family.
No donation is too small.
