Carla's COVID Recovery Assistance

Our friend and coworker, Carla Hardaway, has been severely affected by COVID since March 2020. Carla was rushed to the hospital last March by her husband. Upon arrival she was taken to the back, removed her coat, a mask was placed on her face, and she was told to count backward from 100. Carla was not expected to make it, but she awoke 12 days later! Carla would spend a total of 89 days in the hospital and nursing home away from her family, before returning home. As a result, Carla has already had seven major surgeries. Carla continues to face serious health issues, more surgeries, and financial challenges.

As many of you know, Carla is a big supporter of her family, friends, and coworkers; always ready to volunteer, and to make sure everyone is celebrated.  We are now asking for your support to help Carla.
