We are asking for prayers for my mom-Carla Swafford & my stepdad-Jack Swafford. My mom was diagnosed with colon cancer in 2021. We thought she beat this awful disease but it returned. She is currently doing immunotherapy treatments but her cancer numbers are still on the rise. She also had a knee replacement in February with a rough recovery.

While mom was recovering from knee replacement my stepdad-Jack Swafford unexpectedly had a stroke. He was still working when this happened & planned to retire next year. He completed physical therapy & thought he had recovered to return to work when they discovered he has lung cancer. He was given news yesterday that his lungs are not strong enough to surgically remove the cancer & will have to start radiation & chemo.

We ask for prayers for both of them as we all truly believe God is watching over them. Financially, it has been a difficult struggle for them to have enough for bills & living expenses. I know times are tough & it is hard times for everyone. If you are someone that feels you could help them in anyway, I know they would truly appreciate any donations you could give.
