Last night my wife of 33 years tragically passed away after battling her illness for the last 10 years. I have worked for 6-7 years at same job believing I was paying for life insurance policies for Carla and myself. Today I called to get things going on her funeral arrangements only to find out that they dropped Carla at beginning of 2020. I was blindsided because I was told if I make no changes my policy would roll over. I don’t have a leg to stand on or time to dispute this. I need to lay Carla to rest so I am humbly asking for help. We truly need it.
