Carl Vachlin Memorial Fund

All Friends... this weekend, we all received shocking news that our friend Carl Vachlin had passed away in his sleep. Here two days later, many of us are still in shock. I have read many loving tributes to Carl and I am not a bit surprised. Carl and I had many talks together and he would be there for anyone who needed him to be. Carl is one of the most respectful, caring and loving person I can ever remember meeting. To work with him was an honor and a pleasure. Imagine our talk the day we realized we went to the same high school and had a similar circle of friends back in the day! We were only a few years apart and to know he was taken so young, is and will always be hard to deal with. The one thing that I think about most with the loss of Carl is the way his family was his universe. THEY MATTERED THE MOST!!! Carl and I had many early morning talks when we both were at the office before the sun started shining or others arrived. He was always there. I think, how can I honor Carl in a way that really matters? I came up with a Go-Fund Me account... for this reason.. I would like him to know and show thanks to a person who truly was there for any person who needed a friend -  that the best way to honor him, is to do something for his family. Carl will fly in heaven knowing that his friends were helping to take care of his most prized possessions... Kelly, Erin and Karl. Carl Vachlin, you are loved and will be missed tremendously! RIP
