Carl Knaff Medical & Living Expenses

Hello, I along with James Hernandez & Mike Swanson have created this fundraiser to help our friend, colleague and most favorite "Man of Fashion" Carl Knaff with his medical and living expenses during this difficult time in his life. Carl is a kind, hardworking and proud man who would never ask for help himself, so we have decided to ask for him!

Carl was originally diagnosed with lupus and kidney disease and high blood pressure and began undergoing treatment for those illnesses. As he was responding positively to dialysis and other treatments he became a perfect candidate to receive a kidney transplant and began the process of becoming eligible to be placed on the transplant list.

Part of the process of becoming eligible for a transplant is undergoing extensive medical exams. Unfortunately, (or rather a blessing in disguise) it was during this testing that an even bigger enemy for Carl to battle was discovered. In addition to his already fragile health situation, Carl has now also been diagnosed with prostate cancer.

In a true testament to Carl's character, resilience, work ethic and devotion to his loved ones...he is continuing to work his bum off every day for as long possible to help provide for his family. The line of work Carl is in is exhausting both physically and mentally for a 100% healthy person, so the fact he continues to show up every day regardless of the heat, how he is feeling and on top of receiving dialysis AND chemotherapy is inspiring to say the least!
