Yesterday, our parents lost everything in a

house fire. It started in the garage, tore through the attic, and destroyed everything through smoke, water, and asbestos damage. Thankfully, there were no injuries but they got out of the house with only the pajamas on their backs (not even their shoes). They, along with our sister and nephew, will be displaced for a while and will have to start all over. This was a family home, handed down from our grandparents and filled with precious photos and irreplaceable belongings.
