Hi, my name is Carl Allen and I am a 53 year old male that was recently diagnosed with Stage 4 small cell lung cancer that has spread to my liver. I started chemotherapy treatment and am seeking financial help with the climbing out of pocket costs with said treatment. I worked full time in a production setting for most of my working life with my last position as a Leadperson in the Inspection department. I have had to go on short term disability with the long term outlook that I will probably never be able to work again.
