In October 2016 our amazing mum, Caryn, was diagnosed with cancer, manifesting itself in the form of Metastic Melanoma.  As a result she has been undergoing radiation and monthly immunotheraphy treatments, and although this cancer has had a severe impact on her body, we are thankful that advancements in this field of treatment are giving Caryn a chance to do everything she can to fight this horrible disease.  Unfortunately with all of this also comes the added stress on our dad, Ed - he has gone from being an already amazing husband, to dropping everything to take care of our mum day in and day out, without even thinking twice. 

With our dad working less to be at home, the need for their house to be made easily accessible for mum, as well as added medical supply costs, we are asking for some financial help from those that know and love our dear mother bear.  Ever since we can remember our mum has been extremely involved in the community and has gone out of her way to help out her friends and family in their times of need, and we humbly realize that now it is OUR turn to ask for some help.  We would love nothing more than for our parents to know that they can focus on continuing to do everything possible to win this battle without having to worry about a strain on their financial resources.

Any little contribution helps and certainly doesn't go unnoticed, and from the bottom of our hearts there will never be enough words to thank everyone for all of the help, financially or otherwise!
