His name means "blessed gift from God". We picked his name for a reason. Asher Jonathan Frangos was born at 8:29am on Dec 4, 2019, weighing 6lbs 12oz. - Melanie
Asher was born with a Congenital Heart Defect, so immediately after his birth, he was sent to the NICU, where he will spend the first few weeks of his life. As of now, we know he will need a series of open heart surgeries throughout his life.
In addition to the heart problems, Asher has several other medical conditions that will complicate the surgeries. Melanie and Joe, his parents, are a young couple with a 2 1/2 year old at home. Mel is a stay at home mom who works part time selling MaryKay and Joe is the Director of Youth and Young adults at 2 Catholic Parishes in the area.
We are raising these funds to help with the cost of medical bills and expenses related to caring for an ill child.
They have a strong faith and believe that God has a plan for Asher and for them. Please pray for them and if possible make a contribution.
