Caring for the Castors!

On January 21, 2022 Cheryl and Doug’s Son William (Will) was involved in a life changing car accident. Will has been in the hospital and long term rehab ever since. The Castor’s have recently learned that he will be coming home in the near future. They are thrilled at the progress that Will has made and are so excited to have him home!

Cheryl taught at Dr. Hamilton School for 32 years before retiring to care for Will and support him through his recovery. Cheryl loved and supported each and every student that she taught. We now have the opportunity to return that love and support to Cheryl and her family. Their home requires some accommodations for Will’s wheelchair and mobility. They also require some rehabilitation equipment to continue on Will’s long road to recovery which will take several years.
