Caring for Susan as She Has Cared for So Many

If you know Susan, you’ve likely experienced her deep kindness firsthand. She has a way of making everyone feel seen and loved—whether through a warm embrace, a thoughtful conversation, or a simple act of service done quietly behind the scenes. Her family and church family is especially dear to her, and over the years she has poured her heart into building relationships, praying for others, and showing up with unwavering love and faith. She’s touched so many lives simply by being who she is.

Recently, Susan received news: her cancer has advanced, and she has been given 6-12 months to live. She is now receiving end-of-life care. This change has brought with it unexpected challenges, including the need for frequent travel to out-of-town medical appointments. Unfortunately an unexpected significant increase in her rent came in at the same time as this news. Loved ones are taking time off work to care for her and ensure she’s not alone through any of it. and —an act of devotion that, while given freely, comes with financial strain.

Every contribution will help ease the financial burdens of travel, living expenses, and caregiving needs.
