Hello, this is Max. A 13 year old Shetland Sheepdog. Max’s elderly owner took a bad fall outside recently and is unable to care for him any longer. Max has come to live with Michelle (me) & MJ and unfortunately has come with very few possessions. We are working to set Max up for comfort. Max has arthritis and is unable to walk up stairs. We need 2 ramps, for indoors and out, a dog lift harness, as well as regular harness, a bed, a professional grooming to deal with his matted hair and very long nails, as well as various other supplies. At 13 years old he is in decent health but will need increased veterinary care as he further ages. His prescription food is quite pricey and takes daily medicine for his arthritis.

We want to give Max the best, most comfortable, and loving golden years for however long he stays on this Earth. If you can find it in your heart to help us do that, we and Max will be eternally grateful. All and any funds we receive are for the sole purpose of Max’s care.
