Caring for Masako, Jarvis and Anton

On Thursday, May 20th Masako received the second dose of the Moderna vaccine.  Shortly after, she did not feel well.  She experienced feeling light headed, dizzy and fainted.  The next day still not feeling well, her father drove her to the hospital, she passed out and her heart stopped.  The hospital conducted CPR for 20 minutes and was able to revive her.  She has been unconscious since May 21st.  The family wants everyone to know that if you receive the vaccine and experience concerning symptoms, please follow up with your provider immediately and do not delay.  The family has been encouraged by your visits.  They feel strongly that Masako hears you and she has shown reaction to hearing the voices of her family members and friends.  The family requests that you continue to visit with Masako and encourages you to bring music or a favorite song to share.  Note that flowers are not allowed in the ICU.  Since many have asked how best to support the family, Masako's closest friends have decided to start this GoFundMe page which will also be used to provide updates on her progress.
