Caring for Kandy

Hello, everyone. I'm Jill Shannon, and I've started this GoFundMe, along with my sister Gail Mais, for Kandy Brown. I first met Kandy when she became an employee at my sister and brother-in-law's store, Nebraska Camera. You may know Kandy from the store or a variety of other places in the Kearney community. While she may have come for a job, she has found a place in our hearts.

Kandy has always been a free spirit, fun loving, responsible caring person. Recently her health took a turn, and she is no longer able to enjoy doing the things she loves with family and is limited on the hours she can work. Doctors do not know what is causing her issues, so her appointments are many. She is too prideful to ask for help herself, so my sister and I would like to ask on her behalf. We want to help her find answers, and this may include going to the Mayo Clinic, which she doesn't have the funds to go. She doesn't have enough to cover her medical bills and her and her husband's basic needs. Because the doctors don't know what is causing her health issues, this request for funds is urgent! If enough is raised she can hopefully make it to the Mayo Clinic and find some answers.
