Caring for Jake Dayton

Hello, we are friends and colleagues of Jake’s mother, Lisa.  Jake sustained life-changing injuries from a serious fall at work this week and is currently hospitalized. Jake is fighting to overcome his injuries. People who know Jake, understand  he doesn’t belong in a hospital bed.  One of Jake’s friends said, “Anyone who knows Jake, knows that he is the most genuine, kind and funny person anyone could meet.”  
 
Jake has a long, difficult recovery ahead. Many of you have asked how you can help.
