Caring for Concord

Donation protected
Concord in the City is a not for profit organization serving individuals aged 17 and older who have an intellectual disability (https://campconcord.ca/concord-in-the-city).  Our goal is to raise funds so that we can continue to help maximize the potential of our participants and have fun! COVID-19 has slowed us down but hasn't stopped us.

The funds raised from this campaign go directly into our programming costs which are aimed at improving participant quality of life. With your donations participants can join in small fitness classes, art programs, music classes, socially distant events, and update our coffee shop to allow for COVID-19 protocols.

We have a few different donation and sponsorship options this year!

Caring for Concord Donations
This option features 4 donation levels where we give back to you, our donors.  When making your donation please indicate if you'd like the takeaway for that level of support.  If not, please say “donation is just enough for me!”

Enhancing Opportunities Sponsorship

Platinum: $1000 and above
Gold: $500 - $1000
Silver $250 - $500
Bronze $100 - $250

This option features 4 levels of Sponsorships to give Concord more program flexibility.
For example, a $1,000+ donation can fund 1 program  (music/art/fitness) for 1 month for a group of participants, and a $100 donation can fund 1 program for 1 month for 1 participant.

In recognition of your generosity all sponsors will be publicly thanked as follows:

Permanent recognition on the Helping Concord Grow plaque displayed at the entrance to the Centre; in all social media platforms and on our website (with prior approval); a letter of thanks, and tax receipt if applicable. Concord in the City is a registered not-for-profit and is currently awaiting its charity status.
