A bit about Allie Grace,
As many people already are aware, little Allie Grace Heidemann was born on Monday, March 27nd. At 25 weeks, Allie weighed in at 2lbs 2oz. and just over 12 inches long. Little Allie joins the Heidemann family as daughter to Charles and Billie and sister to Cameron (4). Their sweet girl came into this world with a quite a few battles lined up ahead for her and her family.

Whats going on now,
Allie Grace entered this world by an emergency cesearean birth unable to breath on her own.
Allie was transferred to an amazing hospital in Duluth where she can have more immediate access to specialists and neo-natal care.
Allie Grace is "intubated", to help her breathe. She has a feeding tube, and we are thankful that Billie has been able to pump although Allie had not yet be able to have breastmilk.
How can you help
Over the next few months, Allie Grace will be under constant watch incuring potentially enourmous medical bills. Thankfully, the Heidemann family is blessed with United Healthcare insurance. As we all know insurance will not cover everything so any relief we can give them in this area will be a blessing.
I am setting this up for them because I know that Charles would be too proud to ever ask for help. I feel that if this is one thing that I can do to help their family in this time of crisis, then it is worth a shot.
