Last Saturday, a local Liberty Hill family experienced a life altering event. During an immigration operation in their neighborhood, the father of three young children was detained.

Overnight, this family lost their primary source of income.

The mother is a U.S. citizen and is actively seeking employment, but she is now navigating rent, utilities, groceries, and legal expenses while caring for three children, a 6th grader, a 5th grader, and a kindergartener.

They are receiving limited assistance from Operation Liberty Hill, and are grateful for that support. However, the financial need extends beyond what those resources can cover.

This fundraiser has been created to help provide stability during an uncertain season. Funds will go directly toward:

• Rent

• Utilities

• Groceries

• Basic household necessities

• Legal expenses related to the detention

For privacy and safety reasons, we are not sharing the family’s name publicly. This is a real Liberty Hill family with children in our community and schools who need support right now.
