Caring for Kumi
Donation protected
For the past 37 years, the residents of Roseville have been blessed by the presence of a true Saint. Mrs. Kumi has been running her Pre-School the Montessori house of Children, a place where miracles happen for families. The level of dedication to her students and their families has been a source of inspiration to everyone who’s life she touches. Kumi’s has been a place where every child has felt welcome, no matter their background, and every child’s life has been blessed by the experience of learning there.
Now Mrs. Kumi needs some help, as she has gotten older things are not as easy for her to get done by herself. Her school is in need of some repairs that she can no longer barter for or have volunteer helpers do. 37 years of educating our youth has left the building in need of some repairs and upkeep. Mrs. Kumi’s life is this school, and she has sacrificed profits to help young families out when they needed it. It is now time that we ask that the community help her out.
Mrs. Kumi is too kind hearted to ask for help for herself. She would feel that her families need to direct their resources elsewhere, but she has for so long thought of others, that circumstance has caught up with her. We need your help to keep this school open and running for current and future students to have the opportunity to learn from the Greatest Teacher I have ever seen.
I have been teaching for 2 decades and I do not say lightly that there has never been an educator more dedicated to her students learning and emotional development. If you have the ability to help, to help her even a little, you are performing not only a great act of charity, you are making an investment in a better tomorrow. Mrs. Kumi makes every child she teaches a kinder, wiser, and more compassionate human being
If you are unsure of donating on this platform and would perfer to mail donations to the school or drop them directly in our donation box, please do. Ms. Kumi would love to give you a hug and say hello.
Sincerley,
Curtis and Megan Borton
