We are raising money during the night which will go to help one of our own. For those who don't know Michelle Carlyon has been apart of the CrossFit community in Gladstone for longer than almost anybody in town. She is one of the Original CrossFit Gladstone members.

On the Queens Birthday long weekend her husband Mal suffered a stroke and has since been in intensive care in the Royal Brisbane Hospital.

We are fundraising to help ease the stress and cost of accomodation,food, fuel, etc while she is by his side.
