Carina Rosa Salazar, my mother, has recently been diagnosed with an aneurysm. She is unable to receive treatment at the hospital due to staff and supply shortages. She will need to be transported to a special hospital for the procedure to help her but the cost is not covered and will need to be paid out of pocket. Due to conditions in Venezuela it is very difficult to cover the costs and any assistance would be greatly appreciated. The sooner the surgery is performed the better the results will be.
