My name is Adrian, and I am reaching out for help as I prepare for back surgery on April 2nd. My wife, Marcy Haymond, suffered a stroke over a year and a half ago and is now largely bedridden, with no movement on her right side. She requires daily care, including dialysis and insulin, and I have been her primary caregiver throughout this journey.

While Marcy’s medical treatments are covered, there are many caregiving expenses that add up quickly. During my recovery, I will need to hire caregivers to help keep her clean, administer her medicine, assist with eating, monitor her blood sugar, and provide transportation to and from her medical appointments and the dialysis clinic. I will also need help with meals, laundry, and getting to my own medical appointments until I am able to resume all duties myself.
